I got my computer infected by this nasty virus. And I am an idiot with computers. I took it to my IT department at my job and they fixed it right away. Basically this virus hides itself in an “.exe” file somewhere in your computer, and your job is to find it and erase it. Problem is that most of your searching devices are blocked by the virus. So what you have to do is manually search through your computer for all files that were installed on the date you got the virus. Once you find a file that you do not recognize (it will hide itself as any name), erase it. Note there may be more than one file, so that when you erase it, the other one will take over. Once you erase it, run your antivirus software (if you don’t have one, download Comodo, its free) and erase the rest of the junk. Now my computer is back to tip top shape and I couldn’t be happier! Thanks to those guys in IT, they are real geniuses.
